How do you create a craft beer brand identity for a brewery located in a region that is best known for geese farming and not at all known for beer production? Pondering where to begin, we went for a stroll in the town where the brewery is located and got this crazy idea to buy the biggest male goose in town. We named him Magnus due to his size and impressive stature, brought him to the brewery and declared him the brewery's official mascot. From that point on, we knew exactly what to do.

We assisted in the naming of the brewery, Magnus Kraft, designed their logo, typeface and a line of retro-style labels with hand drawn geese-themed illustrations and plenty of vintage themes and elements inspired by the brewery's surroundings. The result is a visual identity that has made BarBeers one of the most recognizable and authentic looking craft beers on the market.
